These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the laxmicraftintl.com website and form the basis of the legal agreement between you (the “Buyer”) and Laxmi Handicraft, a direct manufacturer of home decor items (the “Manufacturer/Exporter”). By requesting a quote, placing a wholesale order, or using our manufacturing services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Wholesale Orders and MOQ

Laxmi Handicraft is a 100% Export-Oriented Unit specializing in B2B transactions.

• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): All orders are subject to a Minimum Order Quantity, which varies by product category (such as drawer knobs or brass heritage sets) and custom design requirements. Specific MOQs will be detailed in your formal quotation.
• Custom OEM Designs: For custom tooling and molds, a prototype fee may be required upfront. This fee is often refundable upon the placement of a bulk order that meets our specified volume threshold.

2. Pricing and Payment Terms

All prices quoted are strictly for B2B wholesale buyers. Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Prices are quoted in USD ($) and are typically based on FOB (Free On Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) terms from Indian ports.
• Standard Payment Structure: A non-refundable advance payment (typically 30% to 50%) is required to initiate production of your home decor items. The remaining balance is due prior to shipment, upon presentation of the Bill of Lading or relevant shipping documents.
• Payment methods accepted include direct Wire Transfer (T/T) or Letter of Credit (L/C) for large-scale contracts.

3. Manufacturing and Lead Times

We pride ourselves on meeting our manufacturing deadlines; however, all lead times are estimated.

• Standard production time ranges from 30 to 45 days, depending on order volume and factory capacity. Custom OEM designs may require 45 to 60 days.
• Laxmi Handicraft is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), including but not limited to raw material shortages, port strikes, severe weather, or governmental actions.

4. Shipping and Risk of Loss

Shipping terms will be strictly governed by the Incoterms agreed upon in your final commercial invoice.

• For FOB agreements, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the Buyer once the goods pass the ship’s rail at the designated port of export in India.
• The Buyer is responsible for obtaining any necessary import licenses and paying all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees in the destination country.

5. Quality Claims and Returns

We operate on a zero-defect policy for all our wall hooks, hardware, and home decor, but if an issue arises, we are committed to resolving it fairly.

• The Buyer must inspect all goods within 14 days of arrival at the destination port.
• Any claims regarding defects, damages, or shortages must be submitted in writing, accompanied by clear photographic evidence.
• Due to the nature of international shipping, we do not accept returns. Instead, verified defective items will either be credited to the Buyer’s account or replaced and shipped with the Buyer’s next bulk order.

6. Intellectual Property

We respect the intellectual property of our clients. If you provide custom blueprints or designs for OEM manufacturing, Laxmi Handicraft agrees not to sell, distribute, or market your specific proprietary designs to other buyers.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or international manufacturing agreements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh, India.
