Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We strongly encourage sample orders. Samples can be dispatched via DHL/FedEx express within 5–7 working days of order confirmation. Sample costs are typically credited against your first bulk order. Contact us to start the sampling process for any product line.

How do you handle international shipping and export?
We handle all export logistics in-house. Standard production lead time is 15–30 working days. We ship via sea freight (FCL/LCL) for large orders and air freight for urgent or smaller shipments. All documentation — Certificate of Origin, packing list, invoice, bill of lading, and customs compliance — is managed by our export team.
