Casting & Forging
It begins with premium, eco-friendly brass, aluminium, and zinc. Using both traditional sand casting and modern die-casting techniques, we mold raw metal into structural, heavy-duty forms like drawer knobs and wall hooks.
Machining & Detailing
The raw casts are transferred to our artisan workshop where they undergo precision drilling, threading, and intricate hand-engraving to ensure every detail matches your bespoke home decor design.
Polishing & Plating
Products are meticulously buffed and finished. We offer custom electroplating, powder coating, and hand-applied antique patinas including Matte Black, Rose Gold, and Brushed Nickel for premium brass heritage sets.
QC & Packaging
Every piece undergoes strict anti-corrosion and durability testing. Finally, items are securely packed in export-grade, plastic-free packaging to guarantee safe international transit.
